Seems that the server our sites are hosted on has had some problems again and we experienced some downtime, Seems we are back up now. Haven’t heard back from host yet.

Hi xblog users/members.
I would like to let you know that things are going well and we should be opening later today unless something crops up so keep and eye on the blog or twitter for opening announcement

Update: Just letting members know that beta testing is going well and although there was some minor problems/bugs all looks well and if we dont find any big problems we will be full opening doors soon.

The “Forum” and the “Downloads” links have now been updated so beta users will now be able to log into forum, Enjoy!!

Just a update to theme and some small back end stuff. Decided to make theis RC1 as im pretty happy with this now, will see how things go but think this is close to v1.0 of xblog-360.com but that will most likley happen after forum has been beta tested and opened to public.

Forum is coming along nicely. We are currently working on a nice theme aswell as the system itself, like features and content.
Once we have a clearer picture of what the final product will include I will update you. We was hoping to open by end of month but that may be pushed into May. Just depends on how much we can get done.
Some features that are planned to be in final product, If i have forgotten anything I will update.
- Site downloads: A site download section will have a collection of all the best software/tools/homebrew etc.
- Tutorials Forum: A collection of tutorials covering various aspects of the 360 console.
- Download and share forum: We will have a download and share forum where you can share links to games/movies/software releases etc.
- Ranks: The rank system will be determined on how long you have been a member of forum and how many posts you have made.
- Points/Credits: This will be a system where users will gain points/credits for posting etc and can be banked aswell as loaned out and can also be later used to purchase stuff once system is finalised
- Reputation: People can gain reputation by been given rep points from others
- XBL leader-board: People can enter there gamertag details and be included on the sites leader-boards
- Q&A Forum : Will include a voting system on best answer
