1. Open EFB
2. Check needed option(s)
Donor Files – I have not tested so Use at own risk
Aud_Clamp Fix. Also known as Alt SMC- if this is done on your box
you must check this.
If incorrectly checked/unchecked your box will not
boot
3. Select your Nand image
I used original unsure if XBR/freeboot will work
4. Enter your Cpu key
5. Verify motherboard revision
6. Allow dos Prompt to finish and save your New nand

Now you need to get this on your Xbox

1. Make sure new nand is named updflash.bin
2. Place on usb drive and insert into Xbox
3. Boot Xbox using eject key to start Xellous
4. Xbox will auto update and prompt to power cycle when done
5. Unplug xbox for 10 seconds and then plug in and try to boot

Assuming all previous steps have completed properly move on to getting avatar/ Kinect support.

2. Copy the contents of the .zip file to the root directory of your flash drive.
3. Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
4. Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
5. Restart the console.
6. When the console restarts, the installation program starts automatically.
Select Yes when you are prompted to update the new console
software.

Finally Install DashLaunch 2.03

2. Copy Installer Folder onto Xbox HDD either through USB or FTP
3. Run default.xex from FSD file-browser
4. Follow on screen Prompts.

i have spent countless hours messing with all this.
(2 mods are not mine, all the rest are my own work)

im just going to name a few of the modifications now

1.infinite health
2.infinite ammo
3.super fast run (ripped from another site)

8.added mini-gun to black-market (which goes on ur back)

10.UNBREAKABLE HOOK (well unless they die or the thing blows up)

16.new clouds
17.enemies spawn with bubble guns (u wont get shot as much)

23.spawn lots of things in one place with out hem disappearing

game may take up to a minute to start the first time using these

According to a report over on Bloomberg, citing two sources close to the talks, the channel would be exclusive to Xbox Live, and to pay for it, Chernin suggested that MS charge an extra $1-$2 to Live?s subscription fee.

The channel would be owned by both Chernin and Microsoft, and would host reruns and original shows, which is Chernin?s ways of ?underscoring Hollywood?s efforts? to convince viewers to pay for films and TV shows that are currently available on the Internet.
?Peter is talking to lots of people about lots of ideas in the digital space,? said Allan Mayer, his publicist who refused to comment on the talks with MS.

Wayne Hickey, a spokesman for Microsoft, declined comment.
The proposal Chernin has offered MS has yet to be responded to, according to the sources, but the two did meet on April 12.
During the meeting Chernin revealed that he had spoken with representatives for Conan O?Brien for the possibly of his own show on the channel, before it was revealed that he had signed with TBS.

These images demonstrate that the current development kit requires a power supply in order to function, as well as warning within its instructions that the user should not forcefully tilt the camera, as it may damage the tilt motor. This suggests that the camera will automatically tilt, which certainly opens up for very interesting possibilities.

The website also mentions that the kit is being tested with an enormous amount of spoken phrases, meaning that the software will be well advanced when it comes to recognizing a wide array of voice commands.

Thanks to PorchMonkey and any involved with XexMenu, Freestyle Dash, Dash Launch

What it does:
Waits for bootanim to finish, then launches a xex or con as defined in ini file and makes Console Region Free*

* note: Region Free will only work on xex files so xbox 1 game are unaffected as they are xbe files you will also notice you cant install “out of region” games via the NXE but you can use iso2god on them and they will work that way.

Install:

1.) Rename appropriate XBRpatch to updpatch.bin:
For 16 Mb nand rename updpatch_16MB.bin

For Big Blocks (256 and 512 Jasper) rename updpatch_Big_Block.bin

For region Free Patch Only 16mb nands rename updpatch_RF_only 16mb.bin

For region Free Patch Only Big Block nands rename updpatch_RF_only Big Block.bin

2.) Place Updpatch.bin at root of USB

3.) Place the appropriate Launch.xex at root of Xbox HDD. Launch.ini can be placed in usb root or hdd root.

You can Use 2 different Launch.ini if placing one on Usb root and one at HDD root
Usb Ini will be loaded first if not present Hdd Ini will load. If neither NXE dash will load as a fallback

XEXmenu Launch expects Hdd:\\Content000000000000000\C0DE99990080000\C0DE99990F586558

Freestyle Launch expects HDD:\\Freestyle\FreestyleDash.xex

USB launch version of Both Xexmenu and Freestyle Included
Xexmenu expects Usb:\\Xexmenu\Defualt.xex
Freestyle expects USB:\\Freestyle\FreestyleDash.xex

Custom launch version has no path. User must alter custom launch path.ini and insert path. Then rename to Launch.ini and place at root of HDD or USb

If launching Con or XEX from HDD use launch.ini at root of HDD
If launching Con or XEX From USB use launch.ini at root of USB
DO not cross-reference Launch.ini and Con/XEX
(I.E. DO not use usb launch.ini to call file on HDD or vice versus)

4.) Launch Flash360 (thanks Redline99)
Press B (write update areas of Rebooter)
Press B (Write updpatch.bin)
Once completed press back button twice and xbox will shut off. turn back on and your loader will boot instead of Dashboard.

Anarchy Black Market v1.0 (Mech arm inside)
This mod does a few things
- Adds a new version of my Bubble Blaster weapon to the black market
- Adds a New Mech arm weapon to the black market
- Gives all standard weapons an absurd amount of ammo – Unlimited Ammo
- All weapons and vehicles are free

Technopaths Black Market Mod v3
- 102 Vehicles.
- 15 Weapons.
- Removed blackmarket cutscenes. – Not for 360
- Fixed agency vehicles not retaining the upgrades from before installing the mod, and not upgrading correctly.
- Custom prices and upgrade costs to compensate for the amount of new stuff. – edited to make all items free
- Custom preview images for all vehicles and weapons. – Not for 360
- Vehicles sorted into various categories (cars, bikes, atvs, boats, airplanes and helicopters).

Increased Black Market Limit
Increases the limit for black market orders.
Often the vehicles disappear because they aren’t in the view.

Can’t Stop The Police
Little mod that makes the police come after you more aggressively. Added APC’s, ATV’s and military jeeps.
This does not increase the rate at which heat rises, it only makes the police react fiercer and faster to your crime (i.e. killing a cop will get you the same heat amount as before, but cops are more prevalent) and so forth.

Increased Grapple Range & Speed
Simple modification to increase the range of the grapple and also the movement speed so you can travel long distances in a short time

God mode
This mod should help out anyone who can’t use the BOLO Patch trainer.With this mod Rico becomes invincible.

Baby Panay huge explosion For Grenade And Triggered bomb v2
This one makes The normal grenade explosion into the explosion from where baby panay dies…
